Mechanized automation of stamping operations

The realization of stamping mechanization and automation can greatly improve the utilization rate and labor productivity of stamping equipment and ensure personal safety. However, stamping operations have a high frequency of operation and most of them are thin-sheet processing, so it is technically difficult to guarantee the reliability of mechanization and automation. (I) Article (roll) material automatic feeding device

The automatic feeding device of the strip (roll), the feeding device matched with it, and the structure of the waste processing device have basically been shaped, and the form is relatively simple, but the structure and the movement are relatively complicated. The main structures thereof are a pull hook type and a push hook type. Species.

Pull hook type automatic feeding device. The material hook oscillates linearly and reciprocally. When the slider is upward, the material hook moves in the opposite direction. Since the external bevel of the material hook and the round corner structure have the freedom of retreat, they can automatically cross over the edge and enter the next waste hole. When using this device, the punching must be started by hand first. When the strip punches out the first part or the first part, the material hook enters the waste hole and automatic feeding can begin. The device is less advanced.

Push hook structure automatic feeding device. It uses a push hook to push the strip at one end of the strip. The push hook is usually mounted on a shuttle frame which is synchronously reciprocated linearly with the punching device on the slide and the strip is above the shuttle frame. The push-hook structure has a greater progress and does not need to catch the waste hole on the strip like a pull hook, so the punching process does not need to be manually fed.

(b) Automatic roller feeding device
The device is further divided into two types: single-edge roller and bilateral roller.

Unilateral roller type automatic feeding device. The eccentric disc at the end of the crankshaft of the stamping machine drives the lower roller shaft to reciprocate by the connecting rod. Since the roller shaft is equipped with the overrunning clutch, the rotation transmitted to the lower roller is unidirectional, and the material is clamped on the two rollers under the action of the upper roller pressure. It is sent into the mold. Feeding method is often used for propulsion. When the material is very thin, pull material is used to avoid material arching. The size of the advancement distance depends on the diameter of the lower roller and the rotation angle of the lower roller.

Bilateral roller automatic feed device. It has two sets of feed rollers, and the two sets of rollers are connected by tie rods to keep them in sync. When feeding, a set of rollers is used to push the material and another set of rollers is used to pull the material. The device is often used for strip feeding to improve material utilization. Because this kind of structure can be sent by the pulling roller when the strip is sent to the tail and the pushing roller has been separated from the strip.

(c) Single-piece semi-finished product automatic feeding device

The semi-finished products are single and have no connection with each other. This is very different from the bar (roll) material and cannot be solved by feeding the bar (roll) material into the device.

In view of the diversity of individual blanks fed, such as sheets, blocks, disk-shaped hollows, flangeless barrels, flanged cylinders, rotating bodies, shaped bodies, and the like, the feed device is also in various forms. Variety, from the principle of classification, can be divided into gate type, rotary disk type, oscillating device and multi-position transmission device.

1. Gate type automatic feeding device

Its structure is simple, the feeding accuracy is high, and the accuracy of some devices can reach 0.01 mm or more. This device is equipped with a feed chute, a hopper and a dispenser.

2. Rotary feeder

The transmission mechanism of the device is more in form, the main pole ratchet, sheave and friction mechanism, it is widely used, suitable for parts of different shapes, can fully use the number of strokes of the slider, and has high production efficiency.
3. Multi-station automatic feeding device

The device can feed 5 to 8 stations at a time, and some can reach more than a dozen stations, thus the production efficiency is high. In the technical transformation of stamping production mechanization automation, a multi-station automatic feeding device can be equipped on the single-station stamping equipment, thereby transforming it into a multi-station dedicated automatic stamping equipment. This will not only improve efficiency but also ensure product quality and safety.
