But later we found that the high-speed synchronous paper machine could not pick up the paper, and the colder the weather, the more frequent the phenomenon of not being able to pick up the paper. In the coldest season, it will not be able to connect, and even the slowdown operation will not complete the synchronous paper. Considering that our products are printed with 2 paper paths, 3 paper paths or even 4 paper paths, each stop paper is a big waste, and the printing work time is greatly extended. Therefore, the high speed synchronous paper machine is solved. The problem of not being able to get paper on cold weather is imminent.
The paper picking action of the high-speed synchronous paper machine is completed according to the program setting. The process is generally as follows: when the paper machine detects and calculates that the web reaches a certain diameter, the paper pick-up ring, the paper machine spindle and the turn The arm begins to rotate. When the outermost part of the new paper roll blocks the infrared light of the limit photoelectric switch, the spindle and the arm stop rotating, and the paper picking arm begins to descend until the cylinder stops the stroke. At a fixed time, the new paper roll passes the electric motor. Move laterally to align the paper edge of the running paper roll, then the acceleration arm begins to descend until the acceleration belt is fully pressed against the new paper roll. This phase must be 15 seconds (the front and rear error does not exceed 2 seconds) and stabilizes for 5 seconds at rest. After that, the accelerating motor starts to accelerate, and the printing host cannot perform the lifting and lowering operation at this time until the running speed of the new and old paper rolls is equal and stable for a certain time. When the manual predetermined diameter is reached, under the pressure of the foam roller on the paper receiving arm, The paper tape is bonded, and at this time, the cutter cuts the old paper roll that is running out, and the paper picking arm and the acceleration arm rise and reset. At this point, the paper joining process is completed.
I take paper after several tests, finally found the source of the problem, due to the cold winter weather, low temperatures in the workshop, only 12 ~ 13 ℃, then paper tape viscosity is not enough, not strong when then paste paper, often stick to one side The other side is not stuck, the tape is torn, it sticks to the foam roller, or it is not sticky at all, resulting in failure of the paper. After discovering the problem, because the workshop temperature could not be improved, I thought if I could only increase the surface temperature of the tape without damaging the tape. Is there any way to heat only the tape and the time is right?
After many researches and improvements, the author finally made an automatic heating mechanism, as shown in Figure 1. Two iron grooves with a thickness of 2 mm, a width of 150 cm and a height of 150 cm and lengths of 480 cm and 200 cm, respectively, are opened downwards, and two iron grooves are welded together by an iron plate of the same thickness. Install a 1kW heating tube in the 200cm long iron trough, and install 2 1kW heating tubes in the 480cm long iron trough, 20cm from the opening. The automatic heating mechanism is fixed at a suitable position on the upper portion of the acceleration arm black mark photoelectric element. Using the acceleration arm to lower and compress the new paper roll for 20 seconds, the surface of the tape attached to the new paper roll is heated to achieve the temperature required for the tape bonding to make the bond stronger.

After the mechanical part is completed, the circuit of the heating mechanism is also improved: a 24V DC relay and a 220V AC contactor are added to the circuit. The method is as follows: from the 34CR parallel #17 control line that controls the acceleration arm drop, it is connected to the relay control coil (17-05), then the 220V power supply (34A-34) is connected to the relay normally open point, and the relay is connected to the AC. On the contactor coil, the AC contactor is controlled by a relay, and the heating mechanism is controlled by a 220V power supply (34B-34) connected to the normally open point of the AC contactor. Thus, the heating starts when the acceleration arm is lowered, and the acceleration arm rises after the paper is completed, and the heating stops. The entire heating process is controlled by the paper machine program without adverse consequences.
