Haida tells you how to test the sticky tester

   1. Wipe the test plate and loading plate with a cleaning material and wipe with a cleaning agent, then wipe it dry with a clean gauze. Repeat this three or more times until the surface of the test panel is visually clean. Do not touch the plate's countertop with your hands or other objects after cleaning! Make sure the board is clean. It is recommended to wear gloves for this test.

2. At a certain temperature and humidity, the test sample is affixed in the middle between the test plate and the load plate parallel to the longitudinal plane of the test plate, and the pressure is repeatedly applied to the top with a standard roller at a certain speed. The general type is repeated three times! Ensure that the test specimen is tightly attached to the test board.

3. Adjust the test stand in a certain experimental environment, vertically fix the test board to the test stand, connect the test board and the weight with a pin, start the experiment, and time!

4. When the test plate is detached, record the time for detachment and the experiment is completed.
