Warm up before running

Many people know that they should warm up before running, but not many people actually warm up before running. Therefore, I would like to stress here once again the importance of warm-up, especially if the temperature is relatively low now. If you do not fully warm up and start to exercise, you have a great chance of injury. Our muscle ligaments are like a rubber band. Only when the body warms up and the blood circulation speeds up will they be more flexible.

Static stretching, such as leg compression, is usually done after exercise, not stretching before exercise. Many people will confuse these two types of stretching. I often see some people trying their best to hamstring their legs before running and say they are warming up. If you really want to stretch, it will be better after dynamic stretching. It will not only not prevent injuries, but it will be more easily injured. Remember, the dynamic stretching class warms up before running.

Running and exercising can be done once and for all, not once or twice, but in life. Therefore, to prevent running injuries is the key to running, not how long to run for how long, that is the result of our natural training after the scientific training can be achieved.
