Data, G7 certification standard sample can be used to measure the chromaticity value of CMYKRBG in the left and right p2p standard, the chromaticity value and the neutral gray density value of two neutral grays of K and CMY, and the color chromaticity of each color block in the IT8 color table. Value, and ensure that the error between the p2p standard and the color block chromaticity value in the IT8 color table does not exceed 3. Therefore, for a certification with data as a pre-requisite indicator, in addition to control capabilities, measurement accuracy is the key to the success of the G7 certification.

Accurate measurement is not only necessary to match the data between the measuring devices, but also to consider the change in the dry and wet density of the color block, which is very important for the selection of the standard value in the authentication process. That is to say, the data standard that is corrected only by the chromaticity of the paper without considering the dry retreat of the ink is inaccurate. Therefore, it is necessary to fully consider the dry retreat of the ink before the certification, and further correct the standard value.

Taking K color as an example, the K100 chromaticity value required by the G7 process is 16, 0, 0 (Lab). After the test paper is white, the corrected chromaticity value is 15, 0, 0 (Lab), and it is found through testing. The K value of the K color ink changes after the dry retreat, and the values ​​of a and b are basically unchanged. Therefore, the chromaticity standard under the modified wet state is 14,0,0 (Lab), and the measurement with the Eyeone Isis should be verified immediately in the wet state. Whether the chromaticity value is also 14,0,0 (Lab); after measuring the standard sample with EyeoneIsis, the density under the K color wet state is 1.72 after being measured with X-Rite 528, so in the field control, the love should be used.
