Principle of gas supply system in salt spray laboratory (1)

In the realm of testing equipment, there are various types of products available. I believe most people are familiar with the salt spray test chamber. By the time you read this article, you might still find the concept of a salt spray laboratory a bit unfamiliar in your own understanding. But why? Well, it's because salt spray test chambers are widely used across many industries, so if you feel a little confused, that's completely normal. Today, we're going to take a closer look at the gas supply system in a salt spray test room. The main purpose of the air supply system is to provide continuous pressure and clean, humid hot air required by the salt spray chamber. To achieve this, a 0.2m³ low-noise air compressor is planned as the primary gas source. In addition, a 0.3m³ compressed air storage tank will be installed to store the compressed air. This helps prevent direct gas flow from affecting the lifespan of the compressor and allows for on-demand gas supply. Once the ambient air is compressed into high-pressure air by the compressor, it must first go through an oil separation process. This is essential to ensure the air is clean before it reaches the nozzle. The first stage of oil and water separation is handled by a cylindrical pressure vessel, which includes active carbon, clean stone, wool felt, and a drainage interface. The second stage involves a fine filter placed before the saturator, aiming to remove any remaining oil particles effectively. Since the spray pressure only needs to be between 0.07–0.15MPa, the air after filtration and drying requires two stages of pressure reduction. The first stage reduces the pressure to 0.2–0.3MPa, while the second stage adjusts it precisely to 0.07–0.15MPa based on the amount of mist needed. This ensures that the spray pressure ejected through the nozzle remains within the desired range, maintaining consistent test conditions. By understanding the gas supply system, you can better appreciate how these test chambers function efficiently and reliably. Whether you're new to the field or looking to deepen your knowledge, this insight provides a clearer picture of the technology behind salt spray testing.

Candle Holder Glass

A candle holder glass is a decorative item used to hold and display candles. It is typically made of glass, which allows the candle's light to shine through and create a beautiful ambiance. Candle holder glasses come in various shapes, sizes, and designs, ranging from simple and elegant to intricate and ornate. They can be used both indoors and outdoors, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication to any space. Some candle holder glasses have additional features such as handles or lids for easy transportation or to protect the flame from wind. They are commonly used for special occasions, events, or as everyday home decor.
