Aluminized film is a thin layer of aluminum (about 300nm ) vacuum-evaporated on the substrate . Generally not used for cooking sterilization bags. There are two reasons:
1 Generally, the aluminum-plated film cannot bear the temperature of high-temperature sterilization, and the aluminum-plated layer will oxidize and blacken at high temperature.
2 The adhesion of the aluminum coating is very poor, and the peel strength cannot meet the requirements of the cooking bag.


Over the years, there has been no good solution for aluminum coating to solve the aluminum layer transfer. Various manufacturers rely on the experience of operating technicians and adopt different methods. In general, the following aspects should be paid attention to to improve the compounding of aluminum coating:

1. Selection of qualified aluminized film: Vacuum aluminized film base film paper is important, if the corona treatment of the base film reaches a low level, the bonding force between the aluminum powder and the base film is poor. Therefore, it is best to use the aluminum film produced by the big factory. At the same time, before using the machine, a transparent tape can be used to easily check the adhesion of aluminum powder on the aluminum coating.

2. Choose the right adhesive and mix it correctly. There are many kinds of adhesives on the market, and the adhesives used for aluminized composite mainly include: ester-soluble polyurethane, alcohol-soluble polyurethane, and water-based composite glue. When choosing ester-soluble polyurethane adhesives, it is recommended to use an adhesive with a moderate molecular weight ( such as special adhesives for aluminum plating films of some brands ) . At the same time, it can be considered to reduce the curing dose, or you can choose to use alcohol-soluble polyurethane two-component compound adhesive Comparing these two two-component components, the latter is not easy to transfer aluminum layer.

3. Composite operation process. In aluminum-plated composite, the temperature of the hot drum should not be too high, it is best to control at 50 ℃ or slightly lower.

4. The curing temperature of aluminized composite can not be too high, generally controlled at 45 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, otherwise the aluminum layer is easy to transfer, the curing time is preferably not more than 24 hours.
