When the vacuum pump is turned on and the system fails to reach a proper vacuum, it's important to check several key areas: ensure the bottle mouth is properly sealed, inspect the vacuum pump for leaks, confirm that the sealing ring on the shaft is intact, and consider adding an external vacuum switch to improve recovery and evaporation efficiency.
During the feeding process, the system uses vacuum pressure to draw liquid into the rotating flask via the feed hose. The liquid should not exceed half the capacity of the flask.
