The pallet panel is made of 15-layer heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, and three five-layer corrugated cardboard are bonded together with polyvinyl acetate; the number of tray legs is set to 9 and the insurance factor of the pallet compressive strength is set to 2.5; the tray panel and Adhesive bonding is used between the tray legs.

The focus of the development of the pallet is how to design the structure of the tray legs, and reasonablely solve the connection between the tray panel and the tray legs, so as to prevent the "falling legs" problem to the utmost extent. After repeated research, demonstration and experimentation, Xuyang Packaging has developed a support piece with a triangular cross. The support piece not only utilizes the physical advantage of the corrugated semi-cylindrical vertical support, but also realizes the combination of the surface between the tray panel and the tray leg, thereby better solving the problem that the line bonding is not firm. The compressive strength of the individual pallet legs was 560 kg, and the compressive strength of the nine pallet legs was 5040 kg, which exceeded the established target and the insurance factor was 2.52. At the same time, the problem of “falling legs” was solved.

In addition, the pallet material is made of corrugated cardboard, which reduces the use of wooden pallets and plastic pallets, thereby saving wood and contributing to environmental protection.
