[Zhou Caiyou]: Right.

[Reporter]: Then, do you perform through products?

[Zhou Caiyou]: The performance of the products is less. We show the vitality of our company through the display of a company's history and culture, through a company's comparison with our industry or other brands. Through the display of sixty years of ups and downs, it is proved that four dimensions are trustworthy.

[Reporter]: You have been emphasizing the history of these six decades. Just now you said that the four-dimensional market has been listed, from state-owned to listed, and then to state-owned. Do you think such a change is degraded for the four-dimensional or has already gone? To a result?

[Zhou Caiyou]: I think this can't be changed to change. It should be called evolution and evolution. We have a plan called spiral rise. Like us from well-made state-owned enterprises to listed companies and back to state-owned enterprises, every change in identity can promote the development of four dimensions, and in the four dimensions can also witness many epitome of China's economic development, including China's economic reform and development. The business is relatively poorly done, especially for products that meet with consumers every day. It is an industry that needs continuous, continuous investment and upgrades of our products, and the four-dimensional focus on capital management. Then our products have gone on a detour. [Zhou Caiyou]: Actually, I tell you that many companies in the industry have taken a detour. Once there was a ceramic in Chongqing, now the listed company has disappeared, and the production brands and production lines have disappeared. In fact, there are one or two listed companies in Guangdong, which are also engaged in the sanitary industry and have also withdrawn from listed companies. There were many homes in China's early listed companies that made ceramics, but now they have almost retired or disappeared.

[Reporter]: According to your understanding, after a company goes public, it may make some common mistakes. You sum up, in addition to spending energy on capital operations, what are the reasons?

[Zhou Caiyou]: There is also a system arrangement for the capital market that is problematic. We have a lot of capital market policies that are not suitable for a brand company as a public company or a mechanism that is not suitable for a company's development system or continuous investment in product management as a public model, because we have a lot of listed Institutional arrangements are not suitable for the development of such products that directly meet consumers. Because we are very strict after going public, after the listing, it can also be pseudo-operating, but we are brand enterprises, we have a very high product differentiation and flexibility with the terminal to directly meet with consumers, which may be related to There are some problems with this system. At the same time, from the design of the capital market system itself, a good company is not necessarily willing to go, a poor company wants to go public, and many of the purposes of listing are running around. What is it for doing business? It is not wrong to make money, but if the channels and ways of making money are done by repaying the society, society will have its return and earn more wealth, then in this case, Society contributes. But now the capital market system allows you to make a lot of money without having to do a good job, then you still have no idea to make a very small product profit. We are engaged in capital management and making huge profits from capital. This is the nature of human profit.

[Reporter]: What you mean is that if a brand grows bigger and gets to the point of going public, it will rarely put energy on the service of the product. What do you think is more about making money?
[Zhou Caiyou]: I can't say absolutely this is the case. At least many companies will commit a "marketing syndrome" after they have gone to the market. They may feel that they are a listed company. It is already the highest end in the Chinese market. For the company's strategy, the spirit of the enterprise or the weakening of entrepreneurial awareness, and even respect for consumers, the respect for the market is not as strong. However, we do not rule out that there are some relatively good listed companies in China, and the brands are doing well, especially when the end consumers meet, there are several other things that can be done in the electrical appliances. But we also clearly see that it is really not very good. Some brand companies have done better after they have withdrawn from listed companies. I hope that the four-dimensional exit from the listed company will return to the state-owned enterprises to develop and prove these concepts.

[Reporter]: In this respect, how do you feel different from before?

[Zhou Caiyou]: In addition to the owner's shareholder, the state-owned enterprises now have nothing to do with the private enterprise or the foreign-funded enterprise in terms of management mechanism, formulation of the enterprise development strategy, or internal power system and risk. The two are equivalent to saying that the current state-owned enterprises are modern state-owned enterprises. There are no defense lines for some new systems and mechanisms. They do not say that they can be used by private enterprises or foreign-funded enterprises, but cannot be used by state-owned enterprises. We can all use it. As long as it suits us, we dare to use it, so we have no difference with their institutional arrangements. Relatively speaking, we have some differences with them. A state-owned enterprise is relatively standardized. Once the system we have set up, it may be stable and firm for a long time. This is a difference. Second, the personnel of state-owned enterprises are relatively stable, and our cadres and employees are always in a relatively stable state. Relative stability may be a benefit or a disadvantage. If it is good, it has good stability, good continuity, good continuity. If it is bad, it will have less vitality, innovation is worse, accept new things, new ideas, New information, the ability to integrate new resources is a bit worse. This we keep a clear head and recognize these problems, we are prepared in these areas in order to prevent them from going farther in these areas, which may lead to more stable.
