I. Overview

The vacuum box and recycling system is another vacuum product developed by our company after the automatic æ°¦ mass spectrometer leak detector according to market needs. It is mainly used for leak detection of air conditioners, refrigerator evaporators, condensers, compressors, air conditioning pipes, lead welded plate heat exchangers, lithium bromide central air conditioners, expansion valves, EFI fuel distribution pipes, steel drums, etc. High efficiency, high sensitivity and high degree of automation.

In the vacuum box method, after the workpiece to be inspected is filled with helium gas of a predetermined pressure, it is placed in a vacuum chamber of a suitable size, and then the vacuum chamber is evacuated to the leak detection vacuum degree, and the leak detector measures the chirp signal in the vacuum chamber. If the workpiece is leaky, helium gas will be detected through the leak hole into the vacuum box. Under normal circumstances, if the internal volume of the workpiece is large, the method of vacuuming the workpiece and charging it into a pure crucible, and then recovering the helium gas after the leak is completed is adopted.

In view of the actual situation of the steel drum, it is not possible to withstand a higher degree of vacuum. Therefore, it is not advisable to use a method of purifying the pure helium, and to take a leak of the product by charging a small amount of helium into the work.

The system is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of customers. It adopts modular design, fully considers the customer's leak detection requirements, and also adopts standardized modules and components as much as possible to ensure the reliability and maintainability of the system. It consists mainly of three parts: the vacuum box part, the leak detector part and the electrical control part.

This solution uses a vacuum box method for leak detection and meets the following technical requirements:

The department is mainly composed of the following three parts: the vacuum box part, the detector part and the electrical control part.

1. Vacuum box part

The vacuum box part is composed of a vacuum box, a vacuum pump set, a vacuum measuring device, a solenoid valve, a pneumatic opening device and a stainless steel pipe.

The vacuum box is made of stainless steel, and the inner surface is polished and cleaned after processing to ensure a good background and minimal air entrainment, which improves the pumping speed of the vacuum box.

The main vacuum pump set uses the Edward Roots pump, which is stable and reliable, and draws faster under high vacuum.

The vacuum measuring device uses an imported Pirani vacuum gauge to make measurement and control more accurate and more stable and reliable.

2, detector

The detector part mainly consists of a mass spectrometer leak detector, a control valve and a calibration part. The æ°¦ mass spectrometer leak detector adopts the Infukang LDS1000 module or our company's fixed value leak detector, which can make full use of our company's many years of research on leak detection, making it more closely connected with the vacuum box, using automatic zero adjustment technology. In order to improve the efficiency of leak detection, it is possible to perform leak detection under high pressure or low pressure according to actual conditions, which has great flexibility.

3. Electrical control part

The electric control part is centered on the microcomputer, adopts PLC control, and displays various information on a color touch screen. At the same time, the leak detector and the vacuum box are organically combined to make the control system more coordinated and more stable and reliable. .

Fill the barrel with a certain amount of clean air, then fill in 2L of helium, screw the lid, seal it, and place it on the conveyor.

2, leak detection

(1) Send the steel drum to the bottom plate under the vacuum box.

Push the steel drum along the sliding rail to the bottom plate under the vacuum box (the height of the sliding rail and the chassis), and install three positioning pins on the chassis to form a semicircle corresponding to the workpiece to be inspected, thereby achieving the positioning effect. When the steel barrel is positioned against the three positioning pins, the pushing action of the barrel is stopped.

(2) Send the steel drum to the vacuum box

When the steel drum is in place, the lifting cylinder starts to work, and the chassis and the steel drum are lifted along the two guide rails. When the chassis rises to the vacuum box sealing surface, the positioning switch sends a signal to inform the equipment to stop rising, and the pump group starts to be evacuated.

(3) evacuation leak detection

When the vacuum box is sealed, the pump unit starts to evacuate the box. When the vacuum level of the vacuum box reaches below 300Pa, the leak detector automatically starts and zeros the background of the current vacuum box. The measured leak rate value is compared with the background value to ensure the actual leak rate of the workpiece. Then, the helium signal in the vacuum box is measured. If it is not qualified, the system emits an audible and visual alarm. Otherwise, the system gives a prompt.

(4) Steel drum

After the test is completed, the vacuum box is deflated, the cylinder is lowered, and the chassis and the steel drum are returned to the ground.

(5) Launch steel drum

After the steel drum returns to the ground, the cylinder is pushed out to drive the semi-circular push rod at the front end to push the workpiece along the sliding rail to the chassis; when the workpiece is pushed out of the chassis, the cylinder is ejected back to the starting position, waiting for the next workpiece. Detection.

Eight, technical training

During the trial operation of the installation and adjustment of the machine, the operator, maintenance personnel, and technical personnel shall be trained in operation, maintenance training, and equipment maintenance, so that the personnel of Party A can use and maintain the equipment normally.
