Changchun Jixing Printing Co., Ltd.

On April 22, 2016, Jingjia Group signed the “Equity Transfer Agreement on Changchun Jixing Printing Co., Ltd.” with Shanghai Zhongang Industrial Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Weiyan Investment Consulting Management Co., Ltd. for a total of RMB 192 million for the company. The acquisition of Zhongang Industrial held a 60% equity interest in Jixing Printing and agreed to acquire Weiyan Investment holding 10% of the shares of Jixing Printing Services for RMB 32 million.

On May 26, Jingjia received the notice of Jixing Printing, Jixing Printing had completed the industrial and commercial change registration, and obtained the “Business License” issued by the Changchun Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Jingjia said that the acquisition of 70% of Jixing Printing will help fill the gap in the Northeast tobacco market, increase its market size and share in the Northeast tobacco market, and help the company better implement a national-wide strategic layout.

Chongqing Hongjin Printing Acquisition

On March 9, 2016, Jingjia and Xinggang United signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement" for the acquisition of a 33% stake in Hongjin Printing Co., Ltd., and Jinjia Stocks acquired 33% of Hongjin Printing for RMB175.0 million. Equity.

On May 31st, Jinjia Co., Ltd. received the notice from Hongjin Printing, and Hongjin Printing has completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained the “Business License” issued by Nanan District Branch of Chongqing Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Jingjia said that after the acquisition of some equity in Hongjin Printing, the company directly held 33% of Hongjin Printing, and at the same time, indirectly controlled 67% equity of Hongjin Printing through Chongqing Hongsheng Printing Co., Ltd. The control of Hongjin Printing Services has been strengthened, which is conducive to its business expansion in the field of electronic products and information intelligent packaging.

Packaging film shuffling accelerates
