Whether the control of the aluminum-plated paper printing process is proper and has a great influence on the overprinting precision of the product should be controlled from the following aspects.

(1) It is advisable to first print a small-sized layout, and then print a large-area layout; first print a layout without precision overprinting, followed by a printed plate with a precise overprint; a dark ink layout with a thin ink layer and a large amount of ink after printing. The light-colored ink layout; the screen printing, text and line version with less ink, and the solid version and line version with large ink volume.

(2) When printing, the ink and water balance should be achieved with as little dampening solution as possible; use as little printing pressure as possible.

(3) The aluminum-plated paper that has just been purchased should not be put into printing immediately. After the aluminum-plated paper is balanced with the temperature and humidity of the printing environment, it should be printed; the temperature and humidity of the printing workshop can be controlled, and the probability of printing deformation of the aluminum-plated paper can be reduced; Metallized paper of the color group for air embossing the metallized paper performance stability after printing; printing semi sealed packaging film, to prevent deformation thereof.

(4) It is forbidden to use a two-printer to print a multi-color trademark to avoid the inconvenience of overprinting due to differences in machine speed and roller lining.

(5) The viscosity of the ink should not be too large, and the amount of ink should not be too large. For large areas and lines, it is advisable to use the "deep ink thin printing" process for printing, that is, the ink hue should be properly deepened, and the ink layer should be printed. Relatively thinner.

(6) The thickness of the lining of the drum must be strictly controlled according to the parameters of the equipment specification, and the liner, blanket and printing plate are tightly packed. The pressure of the roller fangs should not be too small; the amount of mouthwash should be moderate and not too small.

(7) The printing speed of the whole batch of products should be consistent, and the printing speed should not be too slow or too fast.

In addition, the maintenance and maintenance of the machine should be strengthened. The important parts of the machine such as the transfer paper, pull gauge, front gauge, tooth row, roller shaft and related parts should be lubricated and maintained in strict accordance with the specifications of the equipment. Prevent it from being overprinted due to wear and looseness. Replace worn parts with worn teeth and dental pads. Always check the machine and find measures to prevent problems.
