Fault performance

In the printing production process, when the position of the rear cover is finely adjusted by pressing the button, it is found that it does not respond normally according to the instruction; when the paper format data is input in the CP2000 console, its position remains unchanged.

Failure analysis

After a failure, offset printing machine by automatic fault diagnosis program check, it did not show an error related information, whereby the key faults may be excluded. When the main control circuit and the main control board of the servo motor main control unit were carefully checked, no abnormality was found.

Through analysis, the author thinks that it is very likely that the servo motor of the rear cover has failed. When the servo motor is connected to the motor, the signal motor can only be operated for a short time and then stopped. This situation is explained. The servo motor of the rear delivery gauge did fail, but it was not completely damaged.

Troubleshooting

After removing the signal motor, it is found that the line at the access end of the back-end control circuit board is disconnected. After the two ends of the line are reconnected, the signal motor is again connected, and it can operate normally. Finally, the servo motor of the rear gauge is re-connected, and the offset gauge of the offset press can also respond normally according to the command, and the fault can be completely solved.
