The project is divided into four phases. "Jingzhou Huaxia Historical and Cultural Science and Technology Park" is the first phase of the project. It is located in the Phoenix Office of the Ji'nan Eco-cultural Tourism Zone. It covers an area of ​​1009 mu with a total investment of about 3 billion yuan.
