Clean the print head: 1. Turn off the power. 2. Open the plastic door on the right side of the scale body. 3. Hold the handle on the outside of the printer and pull the printer out of the scale. 4. Release the printhead by pressing the reed on the front of the printer. 5. Gently wipe the printhead surface with a special cleaning pen in the accessory tape. 6. After using the cleaning pen, close the cap to prevent the cleaning solution from evaporating. 7. Wait 2 minutes for the liquid on the printhead to evaporate sufficiently and close the printhead. Push the printer back into the scale and close the plastic door. 8. Turn on the power. Note: Use the special cleaning pen in the accessory kit to clean the printhead. Other cleaning fluids can damage the printhead. Replace the fuse: 1. Turn off the power. Unplug the power cord from the power jack at the bottom of the scale. 2. Pull out the fuse box in the power jack and remove the old fuse. 3. Remove the spare fuse from the spare fuse box and snap it into place with the original fuse. 4. Re-insert the fuse box into the power jack. 5. Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch. Note: The fuse used in this machine is 3A250V, 5mm in diameter and 20mm in length.
