This patent discloses the manufacture of compositions, methods and systems including containers and packaging materials from inorganic fillers. A suitable composition is prepared by mixing organic binders, water, and suitable additives such as fillers and fibers, which impart the desired properties to the article so that the shaped article has the desired performance criteria. The mixture is then formed into a sheet and the sheet is then shaped into the desired article. Sheet forming methods include the use of extruders or rollers. Once formed, the product solidifies and can then be coated with printed marks and coatings.
