How to replace the load cell with the electronic scale?

The electronic scale is an indispensable weighing device for everyone in life and work, which brings us great convenience. In the use of electronic scales (including electromechanical combined scales), some overloads will inevitably occur. The cause of the impact is likely to cause the deformation of the weighing sensor of the electronic scale, thereby affecting the accuracy of the weighing scale of the electronic scale. When the electronic scale is used, the sensor is damaged due to improper operation or the weighing accuracy is poor. The load cell must be replaced. When replacing the electronic scale load cell, pay attention to the following problems to avoid re-damage of the sensor:

First, it should be noted that the rated load of the load cell is normal. Under normal conditions, the output micro-volt/division signal of the load cell decreases with the increase of the rated load, instead of the rated load. As the output increases, the output signal is also increased and this is often overlooked during the installation process. Therefore, when replacing the sensor, you should use the same load sensor as possible. If you need to change the load and want to change the load slightly larger, then you should pay attention to the weighing scale of the electronic scale to show whether the meter range is adjustable: if it is an old display instrument that is not adjustable, it will be replaced by a sensor with a large load. The microvolt/division signal becomes smaller, and the full scale output and display cannot be used. The dialing adjustment cannot be used until the purpose is reached; if it is a weighing indicator with adjustable range, it can be replaced by a sensor with a large load. Set the range and use it according to the instructions. At the same time, it should be noted that if the rated load of the sensor is too large, the output microvolt/division signal is too small, which easily reduces the sensitivity of the scale.

Second, when installing the electromechanical combination scale of the S-shaped sensor, it should be noted that the length of the link after reinstalling the sensor is consistent with the original link length. On the other hand, it is to ensure the first force lever level and the link is perpendicular to the first force lever at a 90 degree angle. If there is some deviation in the operation, it will directly affect the accuracy and sensitivity of the scale. If the length of the link is too long, the phenomenon of “weighing scale” will appear; if it is short, the phenomenon of “weighing scale” will appear. At this time, it should also be noted that the link must be in a freely suspended state and cannot be rubbed against other objects to avoid affecting the sensitivity of the scale.

Third, the electromechanical combination scale in the commissioning after the replacement of the sensor, should be based on the accuracy of the mechanical scale debugging according to the weighing indicator display manual. Whether it is an electronic scale or an electromechanical combination scale, after the sensor is replaced, it must be verified before it can be used.
