GJB360.8-1987 standard requirements for high temperature test chambers

The requirements of the GJB360.8-1987 standard for high temperature test chambers are as follows:

1. The high temperature test chamber should be able to meet the requirements of Article 2.1 of this standard in the test work space. Forced air circulation can be used to maintain the uniformity of the conditions, but the forced gas cannot directly impact the components.

2. In order to reduce the radiation problem, the wall temperature of the high temperature test chamber should not exceed 3% of the temperature of the specified test environment temperature (calculated as absolute temperature). This requirement applies to all parts of the test chamber wall. The structure of the test chamber should be such that the effect of radiant heat on the test sample is minimized.

3. The absolute humidity should be no more than 20 grams of water vapor per cubic meter of air (equivalent to 50% relative humidity at 35 ° C).

Note: GJB360.8-1987 [Electric and Electrical Component Test Method High Temperature Life Test] Objective: To determine the influence of high temperature on the electrical and mechanical properties of components after working for a period of time under high temperature conditions, thereby assessing the quality of components. . This standard does not apply to components that express life by number of actions.
