1. Press the power switch on the machine panel. Why is the commercial cash register not powered up?

2. Why does the display show nothing after the commercial cash register is turned on?

First check if the monitor data cable is properly connected to the VGA port of the motherboard. If the monitor power light is on, turn it off and then restart it again. You can change the monitor to try it. If the problem persists, please contact the relevant technical personnel.

3. Why is the customer display not displayed? How to judge the customer display card is in a normal state?

The display of the customer display requires your support with POS/MIS software. Check whether the line is connected incorrectly or loosely. Re-plug it once and check whether the serial port has the correct pair. After power-on, the customer display will perform self-test, some digital jitter will appear, and finally return to zero '0.00', and test under DOS ( For example, on the Windows platform, you can enter CMD in the 'Run' of the 'Start Menu' and press Enter to enter the DOS command line window). First step to initialize the port: Enter mode com1 9600, n, 8, 1 and press Enter. The status parameters of the port are visible at this time. The second step is to send the test data: echo > com1 12345 and press Enter, you can see the customer display shows a number of '12345'. If there is no error in the whole process (if no number is displayed), the customer display is normal. Press CTRL+C to exit. The receiving signal of the customer display has a baud rate of 9600. If the POS system software is still not displayed or is not displayed correctly, please contact the software vendor.

4. Can the keyboard not be used after the commercial cash register is turned on?

First check if the keyboard cable is plugged in. If you use the keyboard port scanner, pay attention to whether the scanner and keyboard cable are properly connected, shut down and plug again. If not, change the PC keyboard and try again. See if the motherboard interface is broken. If you are sure the keyboard is broken, please contact your dealer.

5. The receipt printer of the commercial cash register has power and the status is normal, but is it not printed when the payment is received? Do you want to install the driver?

The cash register printer of the commercial cash register also needs POS system software support. Whether the POS system software you use supports the printing of the provided ticket, you can consult the POS system software supplier.

As for whether you need to install the driver, you need to know that the POS system software you use is using the command mode to print the ticket. If it is command mode printing, there is no need to install the driver. The POS system software developer has written the order of the ticket printer into the POS software. If the software does not have its own driver, then the driver must be manually installed to print the ticket. Installation method: Click "Add Printer" in the control panel, and then select the file directory where the driver is located. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. In another way, click SETUP.EXE in the CD-ROM to install it, click “Next step to select the corresponding driver” to complete the driver installation.
