The hardness, thickness, elasticity, ink amount, and graphic height of the offset plate all directly affect the quality of printing. Therefore, according to the different prints, choose the appropriate offset. If you just print a simple text, you can choose a rubber with a lower hardness and a lower price. If you print finer text or patterns, choose a rubber that is slightly more flexible and thinner. If you are printing a large area of ​​graphic, be sure to choose a good printing ink. Printing quality requirements are relatively high, the best choice for resin flexo. At the same time, the plate-making needs to be rationally adjusted according to the process requirements. For example, the height of the engraved (carved) plate and picture and the higher picture and picture will easily cause the network to expand and deform, and the picture and text are relatively low, which may easily cause the paste network.

Corrugated board flatness, paper cleanliness, smoothness and corrugated type will affect the printing effect. The warped cardboard will definitely cause printing or grooved running, and even paper feeding difficulties. If warp-printed paperboard is printed, it is necessary to fold the front end of the feed paper first, increase the suction and feed roller pressure, and adjust the printing roller and grooved roller in time according to the warpage direction. If the corrugated board with a very serious warpage is warped, it is better not to print first, and then put three or five sheets of cardboard back and forth. The cardboard should be flattened and then produced, so as to avoid causing a large number of defective products. Therefore, the upper process should pay attention to the adjustment of paperboard moisture. Providing high flatness is the primary condition for improving the printing quality. At the same time, it should be noted that the trimming edge must be smooth and clean, otherwise it will produce a lot of paper, causing printing problems.

At present, there are usually two types of facial papers to choose from: one is a coated paper with a higher surface smoothness, and the other is a panel with a rough surface. When printing high-grade coated paperboards, it is necessary to reduce the pressure and reduce the speed to prevent slippage. At the same time, it is not necessary to choose inks with higher viscosity. Otherwise, it will not only cause problems with pulling the hairs, but also cause stickiness due to slow drying speed, and the use of alcohols or fast. Dry solvents are formulated. Hanging panel paper with slightly poor surface smoothness is not easy to print, resulting in problems such as whitening and pinholes. At the same time, the cardboard production line should prevent the transparent paper from absorbing water due to the strong absorption of the liner paper. In this way, the printing plate cannot fully contact with the paper, the ink cannot be fully spread, the connecting material cannot fill the paper texture, and the problem of missing printing occurs.

The good ink should be consistent with or similar to the standard sample, fine particles, proper viscosity, good affinity after adding water or alcohol solvent, no precipitation and agglomeration. Choosing a stable quality ink or a self-aligning ink with a pure color scheme is the key to reducing the chromatic aberration of prints.

The best materials will bring the highest cost, but it will not necessarily bring the best printing quality. Only the best materials will have the best printing effect.

Law factors

The main factors of the method are the pre-press design and process control and management.

Prepress design should not only strive for perfection, but more importantly, it must be consistent with the printing process. After all, carton ink printing is different from lithographic offset printing. The design of carton printing should fully consider its own equipment precision and personnel capabilities. The dot number is not as high as possible. Obviously, only 100 or 150 lines can be printed, but it is designed to be 200 lines. , it is simply not printed. The prepress design layout graphic should not be overcrowded and slender, and the lines and patterns must be rounded to avoid spiky corners, causing graphic distortion during printing. At the same time, due to the limitation of carton letterpress printing pressure on printing, large-scale real-time and fine-texture should be avoided when designing layouts. Otherwise, printing or distortion may be caused. If it is unavoidable, two plates can be made and printed on different rollers, but this will reduce the number of printing colors.

The printing operation process must strictly abide by the operating procedures. Because printing is a process in which the whole body is involved, it is very meticulous and accurate. The problems can be alleviated by improving the glue formulation, appropriately reducing the hot plate vapor pressure or improving the pressure lines. In summer, the climate is humid, especially in the rainy season in July and August. The cardboard is soft and the pressure resistance after printing is obviously reduced. The problem can be solved by using additives in the glue and adopting manual dehumidification.

There is also a soft environment issue with a quality atmosphere. Because of the quality of the carton, it is not enough to just grasp the printing process. Any link may affect the printing effect. Therefore, it is necessary for all processes to fully grasp the quality of work, which requires a good quality atmosphere. Some companies have very close quality links between processes, and have a very detailed quality supervision system, so that the management system is basically the same, some places are called "rejected products buy back system", and some places are called "buy buyout system" Wait.
