In order to save the cost of raw materials, some manufacturers use laminating adhesives and emulsion polymers to mix the adhesive boxes or use larger amounts of water to dilute the adhesives, resulting in insufficient bonding fastness and poor adhesion on the films. This situation is very dangerous and it is also a violation of the bonding principle and technology. It is hoped that users of adhesives will not inflict greater losses on themselves by blindly using glue.

The box will show degumming during the winter season. This is mainly because some adhesives have poor low-temperature resistance. Below 5°C, the surface of the adhesive loses its activity, causing the adhesive force to drop or disappear. On the hot summer days, sticky boxes may also pop open and de-glue in the warehouse or transport box. This is mainly because the high temperature resistance of the adhesive is not good, and at the temperature of 50-60°C, the adhesive layer becomes soft and the strength becomes smaller, which leads to degumming of the packaging box.

The bonding effect of the packaging box is very good in the early stage of sticking (usually half a month), and the degumming of the packaging box will occur as time goes by. This is mainly due to the poor adhesive persistence of the adhesive itself, mostly due to the addition of some plasticizers to the adhesive. As time goes by, the plasticizer migrates to the paper base, causing the adhesive layer to harden and become brittle. Degumming. On the other hand, because the adhesive contains a large number of unsaturated bonds, resulting in poor anti-aging properties of the product, the storage period prolongs the film to become brittle and the product degumming.

If the warehouse is very humid, it will be stored in it for a long time. Not only the humidity of the product will exceed the standard, but also degumming of the product will occur. This is mainly due to the fact that the product absorbs moisture, and the adhesive itself has poor water resistance, resulting in a soft delamination of the adhesive layer.
