The machine steam pipe system uses sanitary stainless steel pipe and is completed by professional technicians. The product piping system can precisely fill the materials through the aseptic valves, material tanks, and filling pipes. The packaging volume is 200 to 1000 ml, steplessly adjustable, and the filling accuracy can reach ±1%. The CIP pipe cleaning system and the steam sterilization share the same group of circulating pipes, and can easily establish a cleaning circuit. Hydrogen peroxide circuit system is mainly used to carry out pre-sterilization of equipment, and ensure the aseptic condition of the filling environment. The actual packaged milk is guaranteed at normal temperature for more than 40 days. The film traveling route system can make the film from the raw material of the roll into a finished plastic bag by unwinding, printing, and sterilizing. The sterile air circuit system obtains sterile air through heating and filtering procedures, enabling the filling environment to achieve sterility.
