CPC introduces a new leak-free quick connector

Like all ChemQuik® products, the QG06 is made from raw materials. The inside of the QG06 is an all-plastic, metal-free fluid passageway with no lubricant on the surface. These are important requirements for handling high-purity liquids. CQG06's clever design and smooth, spring-free channels allow liquids to be transported at maximum speed with maximum capacity. Its terminal is used in conjunction with the Flaretek® female screw, so the quick connector has a small overall size and can be easily connected to a rigid hose (such as a PTFE tube), and can eliminate leakage problems. CQG06 can also be equipped with American-made male thread terminal to meet the needs of different users.

The full range of ChemQuikTM accessories, including the dust cap for the plug, the dust plug for the female seat, the panel attachment, and the connector for the double hose connection, are all suitable for the QG06 series. In addition, it can also be used in conjunction with the DrumQuikTM series of mash management to connect large chemical containers such as 200 litre drums and 1,000 liters of IBCs.

CQG06 quick connector has a variety of sealing ring accessories available for purchase. The operating pressure is from vacuum to 5.5 bar and the operating temperature is from 0°C to 66°C.
