The polyisobutylene production line jointly developed by the company and the National Laboratory of Polymerization and Reaction Engineering of Zhejiang University is currently the most advanced device in China, and its high-molecular-weight polyisobutylene production capacity ranks first in China. To expand the use of products, the company’s researchers, assisted by experts from Zhejiang University’s national polyisobutylene experimental center, have successfully developed a food-grade polyisobutylene and successfully passed the appraisal of the relevant national departments through a two-year period of technical breakthroughs, thus breaking the foreign The company's monopoly on the product.

It is understood that food-grade polyisobutylene is a colorless, transparent, viscous liquid or semi-solid that can be widely used in chewing gum, gum, and food packaging, and has a promising market. At present, the domestic annual demand is more than 1,000 tons and is on the rise, but all rely on imports, and the international market supply adopts a quota system.
