Blowing machine solution

Sidel introduced its SBO second generation of improved blow molding machine solutions. The machine's speed ranges from 6400 to 53,000 bottles per hour and is available in standard or double-chamber styles for a wide range of blow molding processes, containers and products, including carbonated beverages, water and non-aerobic beverages, hot filling and pasteurization Sterilized beverages, large-caliber containers, flat and shaped containers, and large-capacity containers.

The SBO's preform feed system has 4 different preform feed modes and a 30 minute 6000bph to 60,000bph preform auto-tuning system; while the preform heater is divided into linear/convective ovens, with 4 ~40 heating zones, with 4 to 28 blowing stations, with a single-cavity speed of up to 1600. At present, Gold Car, Dingxin, Ito Garden, Huiyuan, Robust, East Sea Grains and Oil are all Sidel customers.
